Character Portrait: Mist

I’ve got this fantasy novel in my brain and I’ve been working on it on and off for several years now. Tonight I had the urge to quickly sketch out the main character. I can never quite get her quite right, but this is a better attempt than the last one I made several years ago.

More pig sketching. Still trying out new techniques. This one is supposed to be more colored pencil inspired. It’s hard to break away from the smooth digital style I’ve been doing for years and just start scribbling again.

Story Concept : Alien Hunter

So remember the “Ul’Rath” who I affectionately call, “squidipedes”? Here’s another character concept from the same story.

This guy lives on a planet called, “Nama”, which of course makes him a “Namat”. He’s a hunter for his tribe.
